Marketing Analyst (Active Search!)


Overview:

Our retail client downtown is looking for an addition to their Program Management team.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Experience: Develop, implement, and optimize strategies that focus on conversion and findability, while maximizing guest engagement. Tactics include, but are not limited to: traffic optimization, site taxonomy, and attribution management. you will also participate in weekly launch validation activities and troubleshooting related to landing experiences. This may include some weekends and Holiday during key retail shopping dates
  • Content Strategy: Using your digital merchandising and UX experience, provide business inputs and context to creative teams for execution content is revenue-driving, on brand, and impactful
  • Analytics: Monitor Key Performance Indicators across all devices and platforms, guest behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to optimize short-term performance and to influence longer term strategies
  • Cross Functional Partnerships: Establish strong relationships across both functional and category peer groups. You will consistently and communicate across the team
  • Manage other guest experience related projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of e-commerce, site merchandising, or UX experience
  • High level of personal accountability and detail focus
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Business acumen with an entrepreneurial, revenue-generating mindset
  • High level of initiative and organization with the ability to manage ambiguity, risk, uncertainty, and changing directions
  • Ability to build and leverage strong cross-functional relationships with excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including financial and business metrics in addition to site metrics
  • Understanding of broader e-commerce trends and innovations
  • Must have both strong technical acumen and a creative sensibility
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical skills
