Digital and Social Specialist (Active Search!)


Key Responsibilities:

Must be local to MN and available to be in office when return to office is determined.

• Member of digital paid media team responsible for planning, executing and optimizing paid media buying strategy and paid media use across groups and regions to maximize return on paid media investment, leveraging this client's global scale as makes sense
• Plan and present media plans primarily focused on paid search, paid social and display tactics
• Identify new and innovative paid digital opportunities that support business partner goals
• Work with key digital paid media vendors, e.g. Google, Facebook, LinkedIn – proficient in use of platforms
• Provide support and recommendations to Groups/Regions on optimizing digital paid media buying and mix, including supporting measurement strategies and execution
• Work interactively with key contacts in Groups/Regions on a day-to-day basis on campaign design and communication channel strategies and execution
• Leverage experience to engage with Groups/Regions on digital paid media optimization, design & execution of omni-channel campaigns, use of paid media to drive demand generation, campaign and paid media channel performance analytics and tracking, paid media budget development and tracking
• Assist with project management and analytics as it relates to digital paid media and campaign optimization to Groups/Regions
• Analyze digital paid media spend mix and strategies to help this client get higher ROI on spend
• Help oversee and implement initiatives to drive higher ROI on digital paid media spend
• Utilizes industry knowledge and experience, strong business and leadership skills to make sound recommendations to help solve Groups/Regions communication goals

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in digital paid media optimization and omni-channel campaign execution
• 5+ years of hands-on digital paid media planning, campaign execution and optimization
• 5 years experience managing all aspects of paid search and paid social programs
• 3-5 years experience managing display media buying via direct and through DSP’s
• 3+ years experience managing budgets and media planning processes
• Working knowledge of ad management platforms, preferably Adobe Ad Cloud
• Proficient use of Excel to build plans and manage budgets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills mandatory
• Four year degree or equivalent in experience; education preferably in Communications/Advertising/Media and four years of media planning experience (agency-side a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once while meeting timelines and pushing workflow through the approval process
