Marketing Manager (Active Search!)


Key Responsibilities:

• Partner effectively with marketing teams to fully understand the goals, objectives and requirements necessary to successfully develop and implement effective member communications
• Effectively utilize & complete all applicable steps within the Member Communication Campaign Development & Execution Process to ensure quality throughout the process
• Engage regularly with the Customer Service Member Experience Teams and proactively facilitate cross functional communications to ensure strong alignment
• Partner with the Marketing Data Analytics team to develop and deploy accurate member list selects and strong campaign measurement plans to provide quantifiable results that can be leveraged to provide ongoing learnings and campaign justification
• Cultivate strong trusting relationships with the applicable internal business partners to drive support, understanding and collaboration of our member marketing efforts (sales/distribution, product, legal/compliance, creative services, operations, digital, data analytics, etc.)
• Represent member marketing and advocate for the member experience on all cross functional work groups
• Strategically utilize member insights to ensure program effectiveness and continuous improvement
• Ensure all marketing initiatives adhere to processes, procedures and requirements (i.e., spending limits, review/approval processes, branding, regulatory/legal requirements, etc.)
• Analyze and report results of marketing campaigns and use to strategically optimize future performance

Qualifications:

• Ability to develop and implement multi-channel direct to consumer campaigns
• Excellent written & verbal communications skills
• Demonstrated effective problem solving skills
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience
• 3+ years direct to consumer (D2C) member marketing experience
• 3+ years of experience managing and prioritizing several deliverables
• 3+ years of experience in supporting large, sales-focused organizations
• Prior project management experience leveraging cross functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Medicare and/or CMS knowledge preferred
• Experience working with clinical content a plus
• Experience with vendor management a plus
