Project Manager with UX experience (Active Search!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drives and internal workflow including project scope, strategy, creative and measurement
• Creates timelines and schedules, coordinates and facilitates meetings, deadlines and approvals
• Develops and maintains project documentation, charters, work plans, and deliverables utilizing standard project management methodology and tools.
• Coordinates and manages team resources; including timesheets and relationships
• Provides guidance and work direction
• Evaluates external vendor specs, understands and communicates file setup needs
• Understands media plans and flowcharts to manage deadlines
• Provides consultation regarding project issues and difficulties
• Provides solutions to issues while deeply seeking to understand issues
• Tracks project performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics, tools, and techniques
• Industry knowledge of processes, tools and terminology
• Ability to research, understand, and apply the concepts and best practices of any new industry
• Manages communication with external and internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Health Care or other related field
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in project management with proven leadership ability
• Experience in web page development specifically understanding how UX/Writing/Publishing roles work together and standard process
• Ability to work with multiple customer demands and to manage stressful situations
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with multiple levels of the organization
• Ability to work autonomously, with a great deal of self-initiative focused on achieving goals
• Excellent presentation, verbal communication and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Scrum and agile experience
• Basic understanding of health care industry and marketplace
• Experience with Workfront (work management software)
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud (and other design software), Adobe Experience Manager (or other DAM tools), and file management best practices
