Business Analyst/Program Manager (Active Search!)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong understanding of business areas and their particular needs and pain points
  • Author project documents such as Requirements, Functional Specifications, User Guides, Use cases, etc.
  • Drive best practices in business process improvement initiatives through the documentation of user stories, business requirements and other written deliverables within an AGILE framework
  • Support and assist in partnership with PM, development and QA teams to deliver new solutions and enhance existing solutions
  • Perform requirements analysis
  • Communicate business needs and requirements to designers and developers
  • Drive the identification of the skills, duration and effort required for successful project execution
  • Work with stakeholders to establish / apply quality objectives and acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate planning and grooming sessions with the development team
  • Manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously 
  • Create and manage timelines for all projects, utilizing organizational resources appropriately
  • Interact with internal customers to gather project requirements and act as liaison between customer and digital operations team to translate strategic priorities into actionable projects
  • Develop, communicate and implement program / project risk / issue management plans and strategies 
  • Prepare reports, correspondence and oral presentations to document and communicate progress, findings and outcomes of analysis and projects to internal teams, committees and senior leadership
  • Improve processes to optimize performance and value over time
  • Collaborate in a matrix environment across cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2+ years of Business Analyst and/or Project Management experience
  • 2+ years of Marketing Technology and/or website development experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Microsoft Excel (manipulating data, creating reports, sorting, filtering, and importing data into a spreadsheet), Microsoft PowerPoint (creating professional presentations), Microsoft Word (completing a template), Microsoft Outlook (send meeting invite, respond to meeting invite, send emails)
  • Ability to work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday and be flexible for critical digital property launches after hours as business needs arise

  • PMP certification and WorkFront (preferred)
  • Adobe Experience Manager experience (preferred)
  • Agile experience (preferred)
