Digital Marketing Specialist - part time (Active Search!)

 

Key Responsibilities:


Develops outright, or in partnership with others, compelling digital strategies and tactics to promote the organization's products and services through digital channels
Establishes, maintains and updates stakeholder centric digital experiences, including the identification, selection and deployment of platforms, tools and applications that deliver on strategic programs and campaigns
Develops promotional programs and campaigns designed to achieve defined business objectives with target audiences via digital channels
Utilizes search engines to maximize content utilization and visibility
Establishes and manages the relationships with search engines and third party sites as required and in accordance with company policies and governance structures
Manages the implementation and measures performance of digital programs, content and key stakeholder digital engagement results and develops insights into customer's digital behaviors

Top 3 things manager is looking for:
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement digital marketing strategies and tactics.
• Ability to link overall business and therapy marketing strategies to effective digital marketing strategies and tactics, working with a multi-business/therapy team
• Extensive experience across full range of digital marketing and communication strategies, technologies, and approaches, including Web, Marketing Automation, Email, Social Media, Mobile Media, SEM, Digital Promotions, and digital content

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of digital marketing and communications experience; ideally in both an agency and a corporate client setting
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement digital strategies that link overall business and therapy marketing strategies to effective digital marketing strategies and tactics
• Experience with digital marketing channels such as Email (Eloqua), Web, Social Media, SEO/SEM, Digital Advertising, etc.
• Experience in analytics, measuring campaign performance, and creating dashboards
• Ability to develop and/or repurpose content for various digital channels
• Adept at understanding how to leverage data to create meaningful insights (e.g. Salesforce database)
• Thorough understanding of customer personas, customer journey mapping, marketing segmentation, to better serve various audiences
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, technology, and/or related field of study
