Hybrid (fully remote now, will likely return to hybrid schedule at Minneapolis office a few days per week/month)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit a strong network of marketing and creative talent through both proactive and passive strategies such as the use of social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), job postings, referrals, and traditional networkingSource and screen your own candidates
• Build long lasting successful relationships with industry leading companies and brands by consistently delivering top talent and unsurpassed customer service
• Collaborate with your Business Development partners to strategically expand your existing business within individual accounts
• Proactively market Creatis’ best-in-class talent to your existing client relationships

What you're made of:

• You are an ambitious, resourceful team player with a strong entrepreneurial spirit with the emotional and social intelligence to develop strong relationships and a deep network of contact
• Have experience working in the recruiting industry and/or marketing/creative industry
• You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, rapidly growing company where everyone likes to work hard and play hard
• You have a Bachelors Degree
